Neuronal Birth Defect
Neuronal birth defect which is limited in the brain and spinal cord. It is due to failure of closuer of neural tube causing Spina bifida, Hydrocephalus, Anencephaly, Encephalocele, Holoprosencephaly, Megalencephaly, Microcephaly. Among them spina bifida and hydrocephalus are surgically correctable with a few reasonable morbidity.
